When the opportunity arises, our outreach ministry strives to compassionately serve the less fortunate in order to promote Christ and the life He offers. We supply bags of groceries, clothing and toys to local neighborhoods, make meals to minister to the hurting in local shelters and collect nonperishable food for the church food bank. On special days, the Community Outreach Ministry organizes the collection and distribution of back to school items, food baskets to those in need and organizes the Christmas Blessing, which distributes hundreds of gifts to needy families.

We not only provide for the physical but try to meet the spiritual need as well. Our teams coordinate with other ministries within the church for special Outreach services in targeted neighborhoods and high schools. Weeks before the event, our Outreach and Evangelism ministries will visit each home to bless our neighbors with targeted acts of kindness; our intercessors begin praying for the event and the drama team, dance team, and worship team begins rehearsing for presentations. The day of the event will be full of music, food, fun (such as, face painting and gift give-aways), dancing, dramatic presentations, preaching and of course, the opportunity for our neighbors to accept Jesus Christ as Lord.
