M.I.E.P.A.N. Ministerio Evangelistico Para Las Naciones In 1997, a married couple, Jose & Karen Munoz, visited El Salvador. They saw a great need for humanitarian assistence that existed as a result of a strong civil war. After returning to the United States, this couple decided to send clothing, shoes and more neccessities to help some of the families living in El Salvador. In 1998, Hurricane Mitch devastated several areas of El Salvador. The couple decided to visit the areas worst affected. The couple felt deep sorrow for the many Salvadoran families who lost everything. God spoke to their hearts to help El Salvador but they didn't know how it would happen. Then, in 2001, a small team from The Potter's House Worship Center came to El Salvador to provide humanitarian aid, and they began a series of evangelistic services; preaching the Gospel of Salvation and healing to the spiritually hungry Salvadorans. With the assistance of Jose and Karen Munoz, Pastors Dan and Renee worked closely with area pastors, forming an association of pastors (without a name) in Puerto de La Libertad with Pastors William Lobos, Eliseo Garcia, Pastor Colocho, Abel Carranza and others. Many received Christ and their lives were changed during many evangelistic crusades from 2001-2005. In 2006, this evangelistic team was looking for someone to represent them in El Salvador and Latin America; to prepare and partner in evangelistic crusades. God revealed a married couple in which they entrusted representation of this ministry - which until that time had no name. Joel Ruano and Marina Yesenia de Ruano assumed leadership of this ministry in El Salvador. Thus, the ministry of MIEPAN was born: Evangelistic Ministry to the Nations (Ministerio Evangelistic Para Las Naciones). The Lord continued to expand the ministry team of MIEPAN and in 2007, Bishop Pastor Michael Hartwell, from Logan, WV, joined the efforts, and through a series of live events and crusades throughout the country of El Salvador, many souls have been saved and lives have been enriched. In 2011, God raised up a new member: Brother Matthew and his wife Evelyn Guely as the interpreters of American missionaries. The ministry team and its members are 100% committed to taking the gospel of Jesus to all nations, such as Africa, South America, Central America, North America, Europe, among others, and we will continue our efforts to win the lost until Jesus returns for His church. Hallelujah! MIEPAN Vision: To bring the Good News of salvation to all nations, peoples and languages; to know Jesus Christ and experience His forgiveness; for the liberation and salvation to souls of every man, woman, and child. MIEPAN Mission: To BECOME A MINISTRY recognized for His evangelistic message,to share His love to every soul and to edify the Body of Christ, which is His Church.
